Mario Odyssey version 1.2 released, adds Luigi’s Balloon World

Nintendo has released a big new update for Super Mario Odyssey which includes Luigi’s Balloon World, a new mini game that is available after completing the main game. PS4 outsells Switch in Japan for 4th straight week

The huge demand for the Nintendo Switch in Japan seems to have faded a bit. Despite plenty of supply, the console has been outsold by the PS4 for four straight weeks. Consumer council in Europe alleges Nintendo illegally denies eShop refunds

When it comes to consumer protection, Europe is far ahead of the United States, with strong consumer and refunds laws. And now Nintendo is in trouble in Europe, because the Norwegian Consumer Council published a report saying that Nintendo was the worst video game distributor when it comes to refunding digital sales, particularly refunds of pre-orders.
