It’s the worst kept secret this week in gaming and Deus EX: Mankind Divided has finally been given an official announcement despite being revealed via Game Informers  cover and a little video they put together which gave away a good chunk of the assets and visuals seen in the debut trailer below.

The title is being published by Square Enix and is in development for PS4, Xbox One and PC. The game is set in 2029 two years after the last entry in the series, Human Revolution.

In the last game in the series a section showed where cybernetic enhancements all went temporarily berserk at the hands of a conspiracy, which has since led to mass distrust against folks with augmented parts. Players will again play as in game hero, Adam Jensen, who is now working for an Interpol task force bent on stopping terrorists who would use their augmentations for nefarious purposes.

The PC version of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will feature DirectX 12 support as well as AMD’s TressFX, however no word yet on whether DirectX 12 will be utilised on the Xbox One version. One thing is for sure this game will probably look very visually pleasing to your eyeballs.
